That said, mistakes happen. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

Each return is reviewed individually. If we agree there was an error on our part, we'll provide a full refund, not including return shipping. If the issue is less clear-cut, we'll work with you and the seller to find a fair resolution.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
We would love to offer full returns easily and simply like normal stores do (it would really boost sales!), but the problem is that with vintage, people abuse the system — they buy something, wear it for a party and then return it on Monday — this is why we can't have nice things.
We get it — sometimes it just doesn't work out, even when nothing's technically wrong. The colour's not quite you. The fit's fine but not the one. It happens.

Only our verified sellers can bring new items onto the platform, but anyone can Pass It On. It keeps great vintage in circulation and means you're never stuck with something that isn't right.
